I did my first day of Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs and I am so stove up right now!!! I really liked the workout though. It was fairly easy to follow even though I wasn't able to do all the high intensity stuff... you have to start somewhere right?! I am looking forward to doing some more and taking my measurements a month from now and smiling when I have better abs and feel even more excellent!
