The best laid plans...

I had planned to go to the gym after walking the dog this morning, but I made the mistake of lying down for a few minutes and then... 2 hours later I woke up. Uh! I guess I needed the rest. I am not going to beat myself up over it. I have been reading blogs about not expecting perfection, and some of it seems to be sinking in I guess. I will just go to my next workout and do my best. I did walk Cooper about 12 miles today, so it wasn't like I just took the day off completely. I missed a day of running, but I can make it up.

I bought the Spark Solution and started following the plan today. I am adding a snack each day though, because I am very active. The plan calls for about 1500 calories a day, but my trackers tell me I should be eating about 2100 or more calories a day. I figure adding a small snack will put me somewhere between the two. We will see how it works out.
