Kind of a long day

Insider tip: Change 1 or 2 habits every week.
Habit to change - staying up past my 'bedtime.' I have an alarm on my phone to tell me when I should go and start to get ready for bed.
Mind-set Makeover: Done with regrets. Focus on the positive.
Before I go to sleep, I will think of the things I did right - Getting in that cardio workout, sticking to my meal plan
Metabolic Makeover: Start the day by drinking 8 oz of water.
I have a large mug of plain herbal tea every morning.
