Breakfast:
2 cups of black tea with stevia and 2 tsp of non dairy creamer
Sausage and cheddar cheese quiche.

Lunch:
Cauliflower Cheese "bread"

1 cup processed, raw cauliflower (should resemble coarse crumbs)
1 cup processed mozzarella shredded cheese
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
Mixed and put into the sandwich maker.

Dinner:
Boneless skinless chicken breast with yellow bell peppers, zucchini, 3-4 baby carrots and mozzarella cheese.
2 cups of green tea to drink.

Snack:
Cheese Crisps 4
small piles of bagged cheddar cheese microwaved until crispy

Exercise: Bikini Body Mommy Challenge:
Burpees (modified): 12
Squat Jumps: 20
Push Ups (modified): 12
Tricep Dips: 15
High Knees: 65
Alt Lunge: 25
Squats: 33
Plank: 30 seconds

1.5 L water throughout the day.

*edit*I just remembered I went to visit a friend and she offered me a glass of orange juice. I wasn't even thinking and I took it! Opps! Oh well... worse things could happen.
