Blogging Day 3

I want to thank everyone that has commented on my adventure to a new me. today was a so-so day at work, i didn't have time or actually forgot to make the time to prepare today' meals, i didn't do bad, but as usual, came home from work looking for the first thing i could grab, i ate 2 weight watcher ice cream bars, i am still under calories but plan on making some time tonight. i also want to do some type of exercise, not sure what yet.

    The WW bars are not really a bad choice. Sounds good that maybe you have those in the house instead of Ben N Jerrys!
