Today was my first workout with the personal trainer...ouch.
I am definitely in worse shape than I thought. Today was legs, tomorrow I am meeting him for arms.
I have yoga at 8 and him at 11. I hope I can do it, me and my great plan. After only 30 minutes with him I almost crawled into the sauna and felt a little better after sitting in there for 20 minutes.
My food is on plan, I did have a coffee cake muffin yesterday, but that is the only processed food I have had in the past week.
I am now headed into my bathroom where I will light my candles, put something wonderful to listen to in the CD player and soak in my tub filled up to my neck with epsom salts and the hottest water I can stand :)
