Meal 1: I am supposed to eat breakfast at 8:30...missed it. Oops
Snack 1 10 a.m.: I ended up having my breakfast cause I was finally hungry. Oatmeal (bad me added sugar), coffee (two cups instead of one) with sugar and cream. Didn't have the juice or fruit.
Meal 2 11:30: veggie soup and an apple
Exercise: 20 minutes of dancing
Snack 2 1 pm: 1/2 PBJ sandwich...I didn't have whole wheat bread and my jelly was reduced sugar not sugar free
I still have two meals and a snack to go today. I set alarms on my iPad to remind me of meal/snack times. I have started my grocery list so I can have the things I need on hand.
