I began Sparkpeople at the end of January after losing about 10 pounds on my own...Since finding this FANTASTIC website, I have lost another 12 pounds!! Yippee! It is coming off slowly but I am remaining patient...I still have another 20 pounds or so to go but feeling elated and quite optimistic. Some quantum leaps that I have jumped include:
1. Get on the scale REGULARLY!
2. Logging in your food and exercise WORKS!
3. Sparking regularly and positively is a MUST!
4. Drinking your water is ESSENTIAL!
5. Cutting down your portion sizes is very PRODUCTIVE!
6.Eliminating any junk food from your environment is BRILLIANT!
7.Not giving up promotes positive SUCCESS!
