walked on incline intervals for 50 minutes today and walked at the park for 30 minutes with my senior dog who is a bit slow moving. ;) but i don't mind. :) She makes up for it in being so cute. :) so 525 calories burned today.
I figured i have 179 days to really see some results. That is at the end of october when Midwest weather starts to turn cold for half the year. :)
Trying to quit soda again. I started up about 6 weeks ago. I'm weaning my self slowly off caffeine. I'm now down to 1 can a 7.5 ounce can which is smaller than a regular can. I will totally be off it on friday. it just easier to do it that way for me so i dont' get much of a headache.
Still dream of doing triathlons. But i just got so stressed and felt so dang bad about myself training for them at my weight that i decided not to train for any for a while and give myself the chance to lose this weight!! or at least some weight. I felt very intimidated about it. and it's just how i feel. everyone says don't let yourself give in that way or whatever but i was miserable thinking about competitng at my weight. so instead of focusing on triathlons i'm focusing on weight loss. :)
weight loss will be slow though i have a few medical things going against me so see how it goes. Right now i'd be happy losing 10 pounds. :)
