Challenge #7

Challenge #7- To help curb my appetite I'm going to drink a glass of water before lunch and dinner and with every snack. I also want to go to bed by 11:30 pm at least 3 nights this week to avoid getting over tired.

Work on exercising throughout the day so I'm not staying up late doing it
DRINK MORE WATER
Focus on eating more fruits and vegetables
Try to incorporate a protein with every meal and snack

RESULTS: I started out really well and started to see results. It really curbed my appetite. Unfortunately I got really busy later in the week and just got side track. So next week will be a redo of this challenge.

Weight Loss: 0.8 pounds
