Challenge #7- To help curb my appetite I'm going to drink a glass of water before lunch and dinner and with every snack. I also want to go to bed by 11:30 pm at least 3 nights this week to avoid getting over tired.
· Work on exercising throughout the day so I'm not staying up late doing it
· DRINK MORE WATER
· Focus on eating more fruits and vegetables
· Try to incorporate a protein with every meal and snack
RESULTS: I started out really well and started to see results. It really curbed my appetite. Unfortunately I got really busy later in the week and just got side track. So next week will be a redo of this challenge.
