Yesterday I prepped for the week, shopping ( spent way more on groceries than normal) and made sure I had work out clothes. I woke up early, excited for the challenge. Water, Breakfast, meds, tea, sparking all happened before I went to the gym. 20 minutes of elliptical, dash home to shower.. off to work. To get my NEAT in, I got up and walked to the bathroom every hour or so. I walked home for lunch ( it started to rain.. bummer). I have chicken defrosting for the one skillet southwestern chicken for dinner and I have already put it in my tracker. I need to pack my snacks and throw in a load of laundry before going back to work. Tomorrow, It's up early for the challenge ( oatmeal) and then a road trip for work. I won't be able to track my NEAT, as I 'll be in the car, but can pack my lunch and be prepared that way. tomorrow night is enclidadas, the spark solution recipe, which I am going to make ahead of time tonight. Work out tomorrow has to be after work. I'M excited for the challenge. It's fun to do it with the spark solution team, but I am wondering if I can keep it up once the excitement wares off?
