Great Snack Planner

Check out this great snack planner that I found! It calculates your calories, protein, fiber and calcium. It is slanted towards their cheese but you get the idea :)

    How cool! Thanks for sharing. I do not focus on 'calcium' so much, but I am a HUGE protein eater. Cheese is a daily mini-meal. emoticon
