Day 3 of the Spring Challenge

I don't usually suffer from Spring Allergies...
but my eyes are killing me this year and my maroon car is green.
I got rid of my living room area rug and the whole room feels airy...

I'm still trying to add turmeric to almost everything and I like it,
especially in scrambled eggs and chicken dishes.
I'm sure it will be great with my bean stews/soups.

Now I'm trying to get in at least 2 cups of veggies for lunch and dinner,
and at least 2 servings of dark green leafy veggies a day.
My favorite has become chopped collard greens.
Apparently they are high on the nutrition density list so I am doing okay.
I am also trying to vary the colors and the types of veggies I eat in a day.
I'm staying away from all potatoes, brown rice, and pasta right now
and I've temporarily given up beans.
The only starch I've been having is hot air popcorn with nothing on it.
I like me that guilt free crunch.

This weekend I was watching highlights of the Jodi Arias police interrogation,
the 48 Hours Interview and trial on YouTube.
Scary felt like I was watching the movies
FATAL ATTRACTION and TO DIE FOR both rolled into one.
beauty is only skin deep, ugly arrogance goes all the way..
