Goal for today!

My goal is to run the stairs this afteroon/ evening. My goal is to do 60 flights up and down. I do it in groups because I cant do it all at one time. But I am looking forward to doing it. I have a head ache so that is why I am waiting just a while to see if it will go away first. I am a "big" girl I just want to encourage everyone out there that YOu can do anything you put your mind to. Sometimes it will take you a while to do it. Sometimes you will have to start small and then work up to it. BUT YOU CAN DO IT. emoticon emoticon emoticon
