I was really not wanting to do my WO yesterday.
After my Hubs talked me into it, thanks, I got
down and did it!! It's amazing how much better I
feel when I work out AND my body wants things
that are good for it. I really wanted a bunch of carbs
but It just didn't sound good when I was looking at them.
I had a giant salad with cucumbers, cauliflower and carrots
with a small bowl of noodles!! YEAH ME! I am feeling so much better.
I WILL KEEP THIS UP!
