I do not have a set day to weigh myself. I think that if I do that, then I will set myself up for disappointment and even failure.
If, for example, I chose Sundays to weigh myself, then I screw myself out of a pleasant Saturday evening meal with the family if we chose to cook out or go to a restaurant.
Maybe I made the right choices and later discovered that it was high in salt, thus creating a water gain.
So, I prefer to weigh myself whenever I wake up feeling "skinny".
Usually, I am correct that I lost weight regardless if it is .2 lbs...I still lost weight.
I can tell you from another app I use is that on average, I am losing 1.5 lbs per week.
(The app is called Target Weight by tactio) I just don't know what I lost each week...it could be a half pound one week and 2 pounds the next...
I walked 3 miles today with my iPod that I took out of retirement. Love listening to the old songs that I put on there several years ago!
I filled out my licensure application and discovered that my school needs to fill out their section on my application...so I will be heading back to my school today
. I also need to get gas and deposit $$$ into the bank. I also applied for another job this morning!
Oh how I love no more papers to write and textbooks to read and exams to study for! I feel like I am on a nice vacation at my house! LOL
