Ok, it's something I've bee avoiding, but know it has got to be done. I started thyroid medication 6 weeks ago and after an initial 2 pound loss, nothing more has come off. I really feel the need to have an accurate food log to take when I go back to the doctor next month, so the food tracking has got to start.
I'm not sure exactly how to get it done. My previous efforts have ended in frustration, since it seems difficult to enter made from scratch using fresh ingredients recipes. And, since I don't live in the US, any packaged brands that I do use aren't included in the food lists.
I know I have got to figure out how many calories I'm eating so I can make adjustments and i know I have to start tracking...so I'm open to suggestions as to how to accomplish this.
