Movement Monday

Wow! What a great way to start the week off! Dd and I started off in the cardio room. I did 30 minutes of Elliptical Training, then 30 minutes of cycling. Then we headed off to the court for 30 minutes of racquetball. She wants to walk 'the loop' when I get home from work. That is 5 miles, I think, so I am looking forward to it!

I am off to a lunch meeting in about an hour. I brought my Walden Farms calorie-free Raspberry Vinagrette. They usually have a salad; hopefully they continue the tradition!

    It's so nice that your daughter works out with you, sounds like great mother-daughter bonding time. I like Walden Farms dressings too, I have to order them online but I found a place with pretty cheap shipping so it's not too bad.

    Good for you! If you want to know exactly the mileage of "The Loop," you can track it in the Fitness section. I've done several personal walks using this quick method. Blessings, JOY emoticon

    Sounds like a wonderful morning!! I did 15 minutes of elliptical and then did a 60 minute sculpt class.
