So I have been back on spark since New Year. I have watched calories, worked out more, worked out less, cut carbs, do more strength training, do less strength training, etc. only to be withing the same 3 pounds I started at at New Year. Last week I just stopped. I only worked out twice and I really did not log in much at all. At one point I was working out an hour and a half a day 7 days a week. I have come to the conclusion that my body wants me in the 190s. I hate feeling this down about it. I have been a member for over 7 years now so I had heard it all from watch your sodium to stop working out so much. UGH. I guess today I am feeling a little hopeless in my weight loss journey. I stared back today with watching my calories. So far I have had one 100 calorie yogurt and a snack size clif builder bar. Hopefully I will see a loss this week but I am really not counting on it. Sorry for being Debbie Downer today. I am actually considering taking some sore of diet pill to help because I can't seem to find the equation that equals weight loss for me.
