Well, I realized that I have lost 10 pounds.
As proud as I am of this fact
, I realize that I have not really been putting forth a truly consistent effort. I have been inspired by another Sparker's blog and realize that I should set some higher expectations for myself if I really want this weight loss effort to be successful. So I have set a series of monthly benchmarks (THE MAP) in hopes of reaching an initial goal weight of 199 by January 1!
The first lesson I learned by completing this exercise is that this goal of 199 by January 1st is attainable. It only means loosing 2 pounds a week, and perhaps 3 pounds on a couple of weeks. I believe I can do this, even more so since I have mapped out my course...MAKE A MAP.
