SWEAT LEG DAY:
squats with DB
deadlifts
knee ups
battle ropes with squats
lunges with sandbells
slideboard pikes
step ups with sandbells

The spin instructor walks in and starts putting steps under everyone's bike. WHAT???? I think I am in the wrong class. I panic and then get on the bike. No biggie. Just really high:) It was too make our hills more hilly. One of the guys in the class says, "today is going to be a kick @ss Monday!" Why, yes it is!
So I am off to kick the rest of this week to the curb:)
