Spin 16.5

SWEAT LEG DAY:
squats with DB
deadlifts
knee ups
battle ropes with squats
lunges with sandbells
slideboard pikes
step ups with sandbells

walked the pups .5

The spin instructor walks in and starts putting steps under everyone's bike. WHAT???? I think I am in the wrong class. I panic and then get on the bike. No biggie. Just really high:) It was too make our hills more hilly. One of the guys in the class says, "today is going to be a kick @ss Monday!" Why, yes it is!
So I am off to kick the rest of this week to the curb:)

Gonna walk the pups this afternoon too! Way to nice to stay inside:)

    Wow! I think that would have scared me but sounds like the trainer uses the head for more than a hat rack! Awesome! emoticon
