OMG! I lost 2 pounds OVER THE WEEKEND! Since last Thursday, I lost 2 more pounds!
How the heck did THAT happen?
Well if you read my previous blog, it was because I PLANNED. I am stunned with the loss however. I thought I would be down another pound by next Thursday but I weighed in today for the 2 week spark solution deal and I was pretty shocked.
I am hoping to build on this momentum, stay at my 1300-1500 calorie range, step up my exercise a bit and see if I can lose the 30 pounds I gained back in the last 2 years and FINALLY get below my husbands weight, which was my original goal and as of today he weighs 214. I STILL have my sites set for ONEDERLAND and beyond.
I bragged on Facebook last week that I lost 2.6 pounds and it was the first time in a long time that I lost weight. Someone asked me how I did it.
Is it really that simple? Pretty much.
