it could be worse. I gained 4lbs from my last weigh in on Friday morning. Not exactly a good weekend for dieting. Plus I'm sure I'm starting to retain more water as that time of the month approaches and a little stressed induced weekend didn't help. Kind of a triple whammy this weekend. I didn't feel so bad about my eating habits this weekend after Sunday nights Softball games. We play hour long double headers and I really worked my butt off last night. Lot's of running, lot's of batting and lot's of throwing. Probably one of the most active games I've played in a long time. Felt easier to run with 30+ lbs off my bones.
My clothes continue to fall off, so I might be loosing inches instead of numbers on the scale. Loosing is loosing, right?
So today is the day to refocus and continue to do what I've been doing. I do need to do some research on ways to naturally move my waste as the Phentermine is causing a constant constipation. I have increased my water intake and decreased my Diet Pepsi intake. There has got to be something out there that will work for me instead of otc relievers.
I am not going to track a gain as I don't want it to negatively affect my progress. It is what it is and now it's just time to refocus. I did mention to my DH that I now know why people say "skinny feels better than food taste". It's pretty much true. I did have a piece of cake over the weekend and honestly that cake was way to sweet and made me feel sick to my stomach after I was done eating it. I definitely need to restock this fridge with more fruits and veggies.
