I've been totally over SP lately. Not really wanting to Track etc. I did catch up on a few blogs last week though.
But I have 53 Days to my big day or 8 weeks and I am going to be on her logging tracking and blogging even if i have a week like last one where I needed a BREAK!!! I didnt do anything I ate like crap and felt like shi* I did walk at my lunch everyday but at my level of fitness that doesnt cut it.
So- Today I am starting the Advocare 10 day cleanse. My current weight is 132.4! You get to eat food on this cleanse :) So today my meal plan is as follows
Advocare- Fiber Drink
Advocare- Spark Energy Drink
Lunch- Pulled Chicken (cooked in chicken broth and lemon juice) on a whole wheat bun. with a side of carrots
Snack- Green Grapes and Cheese stick if needed
Dinner- Grilled Chicken and green beans (maybe scrammbled eggs instead still undecided)
I will be walking on lunch today and then doing another 4 miles after work with a friend- then going home to do a BR. The one I have picked out is Hiitmax 9 its 21 min and skipping is involved so that may wait until tomorrow when its supposed to be 80 degrees and I can rock it out on the deck :) Looking forward to some nice runs this week and Goal to do BR/ZWOW 4-5 days.
