I've been thinking about trying Weight Watchers -- going to the meetings. I've also been thinking about trying the vegetarian Nutrisystem, but I probably won't. I absolutely HATE counting calories. It is so incredibly tedious and because of that, I never, ever stick with it. I like the idea of Nutrisystems though, and was thinking about doing my own spin on it...making my own meal plan ahead of time, thinking about the calories, etc and getting everything ready for the week. I imagine that figuring out the calories for an entire dinner (and then my own portion) would be really hard and time consuming. There is also the Happy Herbivore meal plans that I've been thinking about trying as well. You already know what your calories will be for that day -- but unlike Nutrisystem, you cook the food yourself. I feel kind of overwhelmed. And desperate. And I don't want either of those emotions to cause me to make a mistake.
Plus, I'm home today with awful cramps and a headache. So much for my "Day One" of training :(
