I admire your goals and your tenacity to set them each week. I guess I kind of do that too, I just don't write them down so that when I don't meet them, I can just forget I had them in the first place. Hahahahaha.
Sounds like you are a busy woman. Beaded purses? You make beaded purses? Sounds way cool. Post some pics! Show us your creativity! Ha, I am just noticing your background maiden is doing yarn crafts. Duh.

Hope you have a great, goal filled week!

You're on the plus side so emoticon !!

I'm not brave enough to set weekly goals yet. I'm not good friends with imperfection. Though it surely is good friends with me. LOL But I'm getting there and I love your example. It inspires me to work harder on accepting myself just as I am.

Five out of eight goals met ain't half bad Amy! emoticon Making a list like this is a great idea, and making it public is a wonderful way to hold yourself more accountable. I wish I had the motivation and self-discipline to do the same! emoticon

One baby step at a time I suppose. Although I'm still just crawling... emoticon

Good luck on completing your goals this week. I know you can do it!

You can do this Amy! emoticon

I had to start my week again this morning..... YES I know this is the new week anyway but I have been tripping all over the place on my eating plan. So this morning I started with the oatmeal with splenda and promise lite. All I had was 2% milk so I went with 1/2 cup and added all natural red grape fruit to the mix.....
I set my alarm on my phone so that I can eat an apple with peanut butter in 2 hours and it's soup for lunch today. Then its a banana or fruit with a hand full of nuts for my 2nd snack. I have chicken in the freezer and a bunch of canned veggies to choose from for dinner. Maybe the other half of the apple for my last snack along with cottage cheese or more peanut butter.
THEN I plan to walk tonight even if its by myself emoticon
It's all about the planning!

We can do this Amy...... I know we can! emoticon
HEY..... I think this is my next Blog..... well minus the Amy and Me stuff! LOL

Does it help you to make goals? I tend to rebel against any I make. I don't mean to, it just happens. I've really gotten into retirement mode and not doing anything that I don't want to do. It's a bad habit! The only thing I do do is the steps for my fitbit since I don't want my name at the bottom of the friends list. It's the competiveness in me.

Have a good week and I hope you get everything finished!

I used to do this type of list for a financial forum that I used to take part in. Great idea for other goals, too! Thanks for the inspiration! :D

I'll be working a 12-hr day shift tomorrow and one or two 12-hr nights starting Wednesday. I'll need to stay organized and focused to get through it. Your timing is perfect! :D
