So it has been a week since my last run (the half). My ITB feels okay as long as I don't overdue it. Saturday I had PT in the morning followed by walking around a farmer's market for a while. I was really really sore after that.
My ankle is swollen, but the PT said it's just from how I'm walking right now. Ugh. I hate all the over-analyzing of every little ache and pain. I need to be back to healthy! I'm dying to go for a run. A couple more weeks at least, though, before I'm back to it. I do plan to do some hiking and horseback riding next week, though!
So that's that. Little by little this will get better. It's a test of my patience, I guess. I just want to get training for the 1812 challenge! :)
