Good grief, I been forgetting to write my blog. Had my weigh in yesterday. Should not be excited, but I am a little. I have to get over responding to the scale. Last week it took me a couple days to get over gaining weight, this week am happy as sin that I loose. Maybe I should only weigh monthly? I know I read about weekly vs monthly, but I don't remember what I read as the reasons behind each idea. Any help would be gladly accepted.
