A WooHoo moment

emoticon Last year I went to a clothes give away and picked up a pair of Faded Glory size 8A jeans. However, at the time I was recovery from a love affair break-up with Dairy Queen's Peanut Buster Parfaits and was not able to pull those jeans up past my thighs. For some odd reason those jeans never got packed or given away, instead they were placed at the bottom of my wearable jeans.

Just to make a long story short (~too late~), I grabbed that pair and was able to wear them all day long. They were a little snug and I was waiting for them to stretch like my "mommy" jeans, but that did not happen.

This is encouraging for me because I did body fat calculation and even though I am at an acceptable BMI, my body fat % is a bit high for health. Next goal is to have some breathing room in those jeans. emoticon

It's always great to fit something that was too small before. I'm having the same thing happen with my pants. I've been measuring my thigh for inches lost and I've lost the most inches from my thigh (out of thigh, hips, waist and bust). It's incredible how much those can shrink with a bit of effort.

This is just so much fun to reach goals such as this isn't it? emoticon
