weekend's results days 11 and 12

1. track everything Sat. I did ok till evening Sun I didn't even track
2.10 min. of exercise. Sat. 20 mins Sun. Nothing
3.15 min.of quiet time I did 10 min on Sat Nothing on Sun.
4. measure my food No for either day
I am a little sad that I didn't make myself exercise yesterday. I so wanted to have a streak going. I guess I will start again today. I really blew it Yesterday. I was so tired I even took a nap. Guess it was mothers day. haha
Church was good. It got me thinking about being a mother. The pastor said...
there are 2 things a compassionate mother must do.
1. Be ready to fight for your child. for their health, well being, and their spiritual lives. Even if that means you have to fight with them.
2. Be ready to let go. We as parents need to raise them to be able to stand on their own and let go when they are ready.
I am in the letting go stages. taking 2 kids to colleges states away and getting ready for my daughter's wedding. Wow I need God as much now as I did when they were little. We and never stop depending on God to get us through all stages of life.
So I need to depend on God not only for my kids but for me and my healthy life style journey. Without Him I am nothing and can do nothing. For He alone is my rock and my strength.
With that in mind today I am going to take 1 step closer to preparing my body for Him. To be pure and holy.
