Today is the 6th week that I've maintained my weight. A lot of people would be happy with that, but I am starting to get annoyed. My husband says, "Well, at least you are not gaining!". Fine. I lost 4 ounces last week. I'm working out at least 200 minutes a week (while working 16 hours a day, five days a week) and am eating the SP provided menus daily.
Ugh. I have 17 pounds to go to meet my goal. I thought I'd have lost it by now & my incentive was taking the entire family on vacation to Maine. It doesn't look like that will happen any time soon.
Measured myself today too.. and all of the numbers are the same.
