wow, it's kind of hard to believe i've only been doing this for 6 weeks haha. i feel like it's been months since i started!!
when i put it in perspective, i have done really well!!
-lost 12 lbs so far (on track for my goal of 2 lb/week, even though it hasnt been distributed that way...)
-wayy more fit, and ready to tackle new exercise challenges
-made eating healthy second nature, so that i dont even have to think about it
-learned how to not clear my plate when i go out to eat!!!! even if it's something healthy...i dont have to eat all of it if im not hungry
-cut out bread products almost altogether (have probably eaten a bread product 5 times in the past 6 weeks)
-stayed within my nutritional ranges / under my calorie ranges every single day
-cut my sodium consumption almost in half
-stopped binging altogether (i had one slip-up in the second week, but ive been golden since then!)
-gotten some sort of exercise every single day!!
-stepped up my organization level
-got into grad school!
-bought a fitbit!!! (which i am DYING to get in the mail haha)
-started drinking tons of water!
goals for the next 6 weeks:
-lose 12 more lbs (or more!), so that i will be at 156 (or lower) on June 24th
-continue to increase my fitness level -- hopefully start running again!
-work on increasing diversity of meals -- cook more different things!
-continue to get some sort of exercise every day
-tryyyy to weigh in only once a week (so hard!!)
so here we go! ready to tackle another week, and i am going to try super hard not to weigh in until friday at the earliest...
