Woke up in the middle of the night with a bad headache took some ibuprofen and it seems to be working :)
I had a fantastic day yesterday my oldest son Bryce came over to visit me on Mother's Day yesterday it was a pleasant surprise to come home from the gym and find him waiting for me. He took me out to lunch as well as my youngest son Nathaniel, it was a beautiful day here in the high 70's so we decided to take a walk in the open space trail that we used to walk with their father and him when they were younger. Like our lives there was been major changes along the trail. The trail follows a creek and the creek has changed direction quite a bit. We shared many memories of us coming here with their dad and I. Some made us cry others had us laughing hard. I am so glad I had a day free from my neurological attacks!
We drove around town a bit, decided to window shop at a mall for awhile. The mall also had an outdoor shopping section that is no longer there. We have no idea what they are doing now if they are going to make it a parking lot of rebuilding it or not. I loved spending time with my boys! I was missing my daughter and worrying about her, received no text or phone call from her at all yesterday.
I am really bummed about the gym right now I am doing a 15 day free trial. I really love it! I'm just not able to afford to keep going after the 15 days since I am currently out of work. I love the whole concept and love that it is computerized it keeps track of your workout and how many calories that you have burned, etc. It keeps track of your total lean muscle as well and BMI. They also have a nutrition plan which I am not eligible for during the free trial.
I am taking an off day from the gym as I am a little sore. However my off day is going to involve yard work. With all the rain we have had my lawn needs mowing and I have many weeds to pull.
I heard nothing back from my job interview, it went well. I am going to call back today and see what I can find out.
I am still having neurological attacks I go numb and weak on my right side some are worse than others. The really bad ones I am unable to move the mouse with my hand or type and it is a real joy to try to walk. I am awaiting insurance so that I can go see a neurologist about what is going on. I have gone to the ER 4 times in the last 3 months and one thing that I do know is that I am not having strokes. My regular Dr. thinks that it is tied to my Peripheral Neuropathy. The weird thing is that the attacks mostly happen in the afternoon and when they happen it lasts anywhere from 6-8 hours. They happen3-4 days a week. The good thing is I get my exercise done in the morning before they happen!
