6-pack Battle. Day 7. Part 1

The start of the day wasn't bad by far. For the first time in quite a long time I didn't have chocolate with my morning coffee!!! And I didn't' add jam to my oats, just sprinkle of cinnamon, and it tasted good. My goal for today is to to go without sugar at all. I mean - no sweets, no chocolate, no jam, etc. Just natural sugar which is contained in fruit, berries, etc.
As always, the evening will be the test. And tomorrow's my birthday! Rrrrrr... And there will be that bugging thought: "It's your Birthday, after all, go indulge yourself with something".
Ok, I think I'll cross that bridge tomorrow.
