Week 3 was a doozy. I was working constantly so I barely ever worked out but I stayed pretty well within my nutritional ranges. There were a couple days where the flipping of shifts was so odd that I didn't bother counting since it was 3 days in 2... I also didn't weigh myself at all. Figured that I would just not bother with that, either.
So starting this morning I will be doing my exercises and eating right and doing this stuff right. You know why?
I HAVE TWO WEEKS OFF!! YAY!!
So thus begins the beginning of the end of my fat and beginning of my non-fat!
