Trying to get back in the game

It sounds like just a bunch of lame excuses for not living the healthy lifestyle I know I should, but I've just been so tired, busy and not feeling well (spring colds & allergies are great @ zapping your energy!) And sadly, once a I get out of the habit of doing the things I should, it's so much harder to get back on track. Which just makes me feel worse about myself and even harder to do what I need to... it's a vicious cycle. :(
After weeks of not feeling motivated (I pretty much stopped tracking my food, definitely wasn't exercising, and then eventually quit logging in), I'm back. Or at least trying to be back to where I was before. No, better than I was before!
Fortunately, my time on spark has helped me create some good habits for life. Despite not tracking my food, etc. I still wasn't eating horribly and only gained 1 pound back (and not the 20 I felt like I'd gained).
Awhile back I'd looked at the Spark Solution Book & thought about ordering it, but didn't. Yesterday, for some reason I logged back in and started playing around, looking for a new team or challenge to get me moving again. When I saw the message about the new team for Spark Solution, I jumped at the chance & ordered it without so much as a second thought.
I can't wait to receive my book! I really hope this helps get me back in the right direction & stay there! I know things are not going to change overnight. I know my motivation will not just suddenly re-appear out of nowhere. But I know I need to keep trying and head in the right direction...
