Hi, Spark Friends.
I just wanted to remind those of you who may be a little frustrated with your progress to focus on what you have accomplished thus far. Maybe the pounds aren't falling off as quickly as you want or you just can't seem to give up that particular addictive food. Don't give up.
Small changes lead to progress. I'm in this to win. My health is priority. I want to live a full life instead of just existing.
Keep reminding yourself of non-scale victories as well as pounds loss. A loss is still a loss no matter how small.
Here's my progression in weight loss over the past seven months.
Oct. 2012- 8 lbs
Nov. 2012- 4 lbs
Dec. 2012- 6 lbs
Jan. 2013- 0 lbs
Feb. 2013- 7 lbs
March 2013- 5 lbs
April 2013- 6 lbs
I still have quite a bit more weight to lose, but for today, I'm giving myself credit for what I've achieved. Have a great week!!
