* Close to my calories, tonight. Getting harder and harder with the new lower goal weight.
* Easing up on the exercise minutes because of back and knee issues is also making it harder.
* But, I'm burning more calories whining. ;-)
* Gained .8 lbs this week; not as bad as I feared.

    It does seem to get to the point when you eat next to nothing but then it's been a long time since many of us ate in a normal calorie range or we would not be overweight/obese.
