Woohoo! I made it through the first week of the Bootcamp Challenge! I didn't miss a video and did cardio 5 different days.
Now I am beginning Week 2. Same exercise goals, but the challenge also calls for one additional video and to track my food at least 3 days of the week. Tracking the food is going to be the hardest. Sometimes it's really tough to know just how much I'm eating, and some things are hard to track. I did it today though!
I am also beginning Week 2 of the Better Sleep Challenge. This is where the challenge actually begins, as I have to set goals and mine are to go to bed at the same time every night and try to get up at about the same time every day. But I like sleeping in on my days off!
