I worked my butt off this week.... And forgot to weigh in on the scale...
SO While I am CONVINCED I dropped weight. I put my weightloss this week as 0 for BLC #18.
I am so proud of myself. I got back in to yoga. I started eating more fresh produce again. I even got my walking pace down to a little above 16 minutes per mile. Working out this week felt incredible.
My friend gave me a challenge for this week. He said- pick something... anything and Go HARD after it. SO I am going hard after my workouts this week! :) And eating more fresh!
Anywho... I am super tired so I am going to crash.
