Claiming an NSV

I did a 10 minute low impact workout - and not a chair exercise one - this morning and it really felt like a real workout - but, I did it! and i'm claiming it as an NSV because no way I could have done it a few weeks ago and not needed lots of rests along the way; instead I got through the whole thing without a rest and it feels good to have worked so hard emoticon

    Thats a great way to progress on! emoticon emoticon Don't forget you can use chair exercises as in betweeners to help your ability to handle more things. The workouts can be repeated for more cardio time and strength training time. emoticon emoticon
