Been a couple days missed bloging was out of routine. The same cycle happens. I hit a big goal and relax my rules for a bit let go have extra treats, eat out side of my comfort zone. Eat my meals later and miss some snacks. ITs like I am testing the waters to see what will happen. Of couse I know what happens weight will come back. It has been only 3 or 4 days nothing too big however I come to far to let it go anylonger. I enjoyed the extra choclate did not enjoy not having my meals planed and eating lunch 2 hours later. Was out with my family I was trying to go with the flow and not eat between 1130 and 1230 never ate till 130 almost 2 oclock it realy messed with the rest of the day. I did eat the right things for that meal but later in the after noon if was not tied down I wanted it in my mouth. Today I went to work found my self picking more then I have been. We had lobster for the sandwhich of the day since it was mothers day brunch. I ate more of it then I should of. Also had toasted walnuts to go with the stuffed french toast was nibbling on alot of them . Made a new muffin recipe had more samples of that then I should of. I am going to check it off as a special occasion and move forward. I guess I need to stumble to remind my self how far I have come and that I am not going back!!!
