I have been on plan for 9 days now. For some reason I am stuck at 240. I just weighed in at 241.2, which is up a pound in the last 5 days. I am eating about 1700-1800, and today I am at 26 g of carbs. Weight should be melting off of me, but it isn't.
Right now I am cooking up 8 ozs. of beef, a cup of mushrooms, and a can of tomatoes for supper, and plan to watch the Survivor finale, and then get to bed. I am really hoping for a large drop soon. I know sometimes we stall for a bit as the body readjusts, but this is driving me nuts. I should be 30 lbs lighter right now, so weight loss doesn't even seem good anymore, because it is just weight I put on over the last 3 months.
So I am just going to fake it till I make it, and hope when the scale moves that it is enough to be worth this wait.
