So frustrating. I take one step forward and then two steps back. I exercised this week. Granted I skipped three days. I've not felt good all weekend. Maybe it's all water weight. I'm still disappointed in myself.
This is why I hate weighing in every week. I love being part of the BLC teams but I just really hate having to weigh in once a week. Ugh.
I've not much else to say about this. I'm just too frustrated.
