I've been weighing in daily and on Thursday I was down 5 pounds but on Saturday I was right back at square one again. (Frustratingggg lol). I have been making mini meal plans and I stuck to them. Until Friday. I didn't really do all that bad, calorie wise, but I pretty much just ate complete crap. We are shopping Monday evening for everything I need, and I will prep and portion each meal from Tuesday until the Thursday after.
New goal: 5% of my weight.
17 pounds is a lot to aim for after being at such a plateau for so long, but with my meal plans and prep as well as continuing the May challenge, I think I will be able to make a good dent in my five percent.
This upcoming week is going to be rather busy, but I'm hoping to lose two pounds by working hard and watching what I eat.
