Two Weeks In Staying The Course

I am doing pretty darn good 2 weeks into buckling down and getting serious!

This week end I was cleaning out my closet as I needed to find some smaller shorts to wear as the ones I have been are getting really big and i must pull them up all the time. Size 10 fit loose with plenty of room size 8 fit great with some wiggle room , but my big NSV for the weekend I tried on a skirt I had since 2007 size 4 which I did wear when I got down to 130 pounds and it was tight on my stomach and waist. Amazingly I have room for my hand to fit into the waist band no longer tight on the stomach. And I am weighing 141 pounds! almost 10 pounds heavier. I see progress can not get discourage must continue pushing forward.

This pass 7 days not including today stayed within calorie range 2 days under everyday had between 81 to 124 grams of protein ( this keeps me from snacking and binging) sodium in check 4 days with one day way over (day I stop and brought a pizza) Fiber was kind of low this week.

Fitness jogged 2 times at park cardio 3 times strength training 3 times.

Was over planned calories to burn Plan 1500 but 1802 that does not count what I do at work or walking Tyson

Week was full of progress far from perfection but I did emoticon
