Today was good! I got corn on the cob instead of french fries with dinner. Took a short walk too.
Yesterday, I walked over three and a half miles, total, with a trip to the zoo, a walk in the mall and a trip to the gym too. It was very tiring. I don't know if I can do that every day, but I would love to do at least a mile a day, a few times a week.
Got a new running app for my iPhone. Let's hope this one actually works. The other one counted my walk distances, but never uploaded them to the list online like it was supposed to. Ha. :)
