Today's workout

I decided that I needed to see what exercise I do and how I do/don't change them up...I think it's probably the later. This week will be a little easier to keep on the workout trend because I only have to go to work 2 days then I am on vacation until after Memorial Day :) hoping that will help me get over this plateau.

15 minutes on the crosstrainer
70lbs 15x3 sets seated leg press
55lbs 15x3 seated leg curl
40lbs 15x3 legextension
50lbs 12x3 pectoral fly superset w/ rear delt
50lbs 15x3 rear deltoid (improvement used to only be able to do 2 sets of 12 each :)
55lbs 15x3 row
20lbs 12x2 shoulder press
40lbs 15x3 triceps press
40lbs 15x3 triceps extension
30lbs 15x3 lateral raise
35lbs 21x3 hip abduction (lots of reps per physical therapist)
40lbs 25x3 hip adduction (added 5lbs this week)
30lbs 15x3 prone leg curl
55lbs 15x3 each side glute
50lbs 25x2 abdominal (realized I don't like this machine works the arms too much probably won't use it again unless I have to)
52.5lbs 25x2 abdominal curl (no arms like it better)
60lbs 15x2 rotary calf (no tension @50 only did 2 reps usually do 3 @55)
15 minutes treadmill (ran 1 minute x2 I haven't run at all in a loooong time)

this is a normal Sunday routine for me
