Started day with a low carb breakfast of 3 egg whites and 2 patties of turkey sausage along with a cup of mixed fruit. Next I used my easy shaper to do a little strength training while watching the cubs game. Martha and I took the dogs to the park for a short walk. Studlee is very good on the leash, we need to work on Joe. Finished day with 30 minutes of wii tennis and watching basketball and a movie.
