I'm blogging today to write about who is sabotaging me. I have come up with it is me, myself and I. I am my own worse enemy. I put up a sign on my pantry door that says EAT FRUIT OR V-8 before you go to snacks that you shouldn't have and so far today it seems to be working. Sometimes I forget what I should be eating until after I have eaten something I should not have eaten!!!!! Hope this will help me do better.

    I find that drinking a cup of green tea also helps. I drink it and then decide if I was really hungry or not. Going for a walk also seems to help.

    I have signs all around my place to! When I decided to get serious about eating healthy, I gave all the "bad" food to a friend's daughter. I have a bad habit of getting up in the middle of the night to snack (thanks to my sleeping pill). Now I only have good stuff.
